Exchange and Return Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs the conditions applicable to product exchanges made through VidalGym.

2. No Right to Refund

No refunds will be issued for completed orders. VidalGym only allows product exchanges, under the terms set out below.

3. Exchange Conditions

Product exchanges are permitted provided that all the following conditions are met:

  • The exchange request is made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the order;
  • The product is in perfect condition, with no signs of use;
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, complete and with all accessories;
  • The proof of purchase is provided.

4. Exchange Options

Exchanges may be made for:

  • Another size of the same product;
  • An alternative product, subject to any price adjustment.

5. Exclusions

Exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom or made-to-order products, including VGYM equipment produced according to customer specifications;
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage resulting from improper use.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Product manufacturing defect;
  • Incorrect shipment attributable to VidalGym.

7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, the customer must contact VidalGym within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, through official channels, for evaluation and resolution.
